Blend 11 Bliss Balls

So easy and healthy, with zero added sugars! A great nutrient dense energy filled snack for the kids...or the big kids for that matter. Gluten free, dairy free and packed with protein. Ingredients 400g activated goodMix blend11 (soak 2 cups of mix)*240g almond meal (purchase almond meal or grind your own from raw almonds)20g raw cacao powder60g cacao butter shavings½ tspn salt2 tspns cinnamon45g (2 Tblspns) Tahini180g dates, blend into a paste (around 15 dates)2 tspns vanilla extract  50g Coconut for rolling balls in.   Method **Activate your Blend 11, preferably overnight, not too much water, just enough to moisten thoroughly. Carrot Cake Quinoa Porridge

Banana Blend 11 Pancakes

This is a great take on the traditional pancakes but at least half the calories and none of the guilt. The natural sugars in the bananas replaces processed sugar so you can have a Sunday pancake treat without spiking the blood glucose levels.
